Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timelines, and what you can expect when ordering from Nappeo. Please review this information carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping fees are calculated based on your order total:

  • Orders $95 and above: Free standard shipping
  • Orders under $95: $8.00 flat rate shipping

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All prices include applicable taxes.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you if delays occur.

Delivery Time

After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Total delivery time is the combination of processing time (1-3 business days) plus transit time (5-10 business days).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes, may affect delivery schedules.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to deliver your orders, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional delivery services. The carrier for your shipment is selected based on your location and package specifications.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Before shipment: You may request to cancel your order by contacting us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered our shipping process.

After shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery or follow our returns process once you receive the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take care to package all orders securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged or incorrect shipment:

  • Email us at info@nappeo.com with your order number
  • Include clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
  • Describe the issue in detail

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they reach your door.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
