At Nappeo, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty outlines our commitment to addressing defects and quality issues with items purchased from our store.

Warranty Coverage

We warrant that products purchased from Nappeo will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or non-functional upon delivery, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide the following information:

  • Your order number

Resolution Options

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Resolution options may include:

  • Replacement: We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost
  • Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including original shipping costs
  • Repair: In some cases, we may offer repair services or troubleshooting assistance
  • Store Credit: We may offer store credit as an alternative resolution option

The specific resolution will depend on product availability, the nature of the defect, and your preference.

Return of Defective Items

If a replacement or refund is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid return label or reimbursing your return shipping costs.

Please do not return items without first contacting us and receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third parties
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Damage occurring after the warranty claim period
  • Issues not reported within the specified timeframes

Warranty Claim Timeframes

Dead on Arrival (DOA): Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

Defects discovered after initial use: Must be reported within 30 days of delivery and are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy

Claims submitted after these timeframes may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Proof of Purchase Required

To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase from Nappeo, such as your order number or order confirmation email. We cannot honor warranty claims without valid proof of purchase.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives with visible shipping damage, please:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the purchase price of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product defects or warranty claims.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties in addition to our Limited Warranty. If applicable, manufacturer warranty information will be included with your product or available upon request.

For manufacturer warranty claims, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly. We will assist you with obtaining manufacturer contact information and warranty documentation when needed.

Warranty Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Limited Warranty at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Warranty claims for products purchased before the modification will be governed by the warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase.
