Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines when and how you can cancel your order with Nappeo.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please provide your order number and request cancellation. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already entered our fulfillment process.
Order Processing Timeline
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
The sooner you contact us, the better chance we have of successfully canceling your order before it ships.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, you have the following options:
- Refuse delivery: You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The package will be returned to us, and we will process a refund once we receive it back. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return after delivery: You may accept delivery and then return the item following our Returns & Refund Policy. You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility for standard returns.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is successful and your order has not yet shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
We cannot cancel orders in the following situations:
- The order has already been shipped
- The order has entered final stages of fulfillment and cannot be stopped
- The item is marked as Final Sale or non-cancelable at the time of purchase
In these cases, you will need to follow our returns process once you receive the item.
How to Check Your Order Status
To check whether your order has shipped:
- Check your email for a shipping confirmation with tracking information
- Log into your account on our website to view your order status

Partial Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel only certain items from a multi-item order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to accommodate partial cancellations if the order has not yet been fully processed.
If a partial cancellation is not possible before shipment, you may return the unwanted items after delivery following our Returns & Refund Policy.
Cancellations Due to Stock Issues
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order or specific items due to inventory discrepancies, product discontinuation, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If we must cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and process a full refund to your original payment method within 1-5 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Fraudulent or Suspicious Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe may be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our Terms of Service. If we cancel an order for these reasons, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has been processed.
