Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods for all orders:

- Mastercard
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
Payment Authorization and Charges
When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized for the full order amount, including product costs, applicable taxes, and shipping fees. The charge will be processed once your order is confirmed and enters our fulfillment system.
In some cases, your financial institution may place a temporary hold on your account for the order amount during authorization. This is standard practice and the hold will be released according to your bank's policies if the transaction is not completed.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.
The final price you see at checkout, including product costs, taxes, and shipping fees, is the total amount that will be charged to your payment method.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total:
- Orders $95 and above: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $95: $8.00 flat rate shipping
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Confirmation
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. This email will include your order number, items purchased, total amount charged, and estimated delivery timeframe.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at info@nappeo.com with your order details.
Payment Declined or Failed
If your payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be completed. Common reasons for payment failure include:
- Insufficient funds in your account
- Incorrect card information entered
- Card expiration
- Security restrictions from your financial institution
- Billing address mismatch
If your payment is declined, please verify your payment information and try again. If the issue persists, contact your financial institution to ensure there are no restrictions on your card, or try using a different payment method.

To prevent fraudulent transactions, we may verify certain orders before processing them. This may include:
- Confirming billing and shipping address information

If we need to verify your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Orders flagged for verification may experience processing delays until verification is complete.

Refunds
Refunds for returned items are processed according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase within 1-5 business days.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account. Refund processing times vary by bank and card issuer.
Price Changes
Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. However, once you complete your purchase, the price you paid is locked in and will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
We do not offer price adjustments or refunds if an item you purchased goes on sale after your order is placed.
