Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@nappeo.com or +1 (773) 844-5793. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned following our returns process.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout. If you don't receive it within a few hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to all addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on your order total: Orders $95 and above receive free standard shipping. Orders under $95 have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After your order ships, standard delivery takes 5-10 business days. Total delivery time is the combination of processing time plus transit time.

What time do orders need to be placed to ship the same day?

Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) to be processed that business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Which carriers do you use?

We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers. The carrier for your shipment is selected based on your location and package specifications.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@nappeo.com or +1 (773) 844-5793. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nappeo.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Contact our customer service team at info@nappeo.com or +1 (773) 844-5793 within the 30-day return window. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Are original shipping fees refundable?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 1-5 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, we do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

You may be able to checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and view order history.

Are product images accurate?

We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

What if an item is out of stock?
